BASIC INFORMATION
#pagan is an IRCNet channel dedicated to the subjects of paganism, alternative religion, philosophy and
other matters of faith. We try to keep the channel on topic most of the times, though late nights and
silent times does make us stray from time to time.
For the general chatting, we have #oak_and_fae_inn, where the main topic is still the same,
but no actions whatsoever is taken to keeping discussions on that subject.
In the inn, we talk about everything, and, frequently, nothing.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
In #pagan, there is a fundamental set of rules, most of which become rather apparent when you consider that
the channel is intended for pagans and people interested in paganism;
Language: English. Quotes and phrases in other languages are allowed, but should be kept brief.
Acceptance: Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you don't respect this, you have no place in the channel.
Topic: Try to stay on it. This is not a "hard" rule, and one that is only enforced if there more than two or three
active people in the channel, but if an op tells you you are out of line, either explain yourself or restrain yourself
to what the channel is about.
This rule is especially applicable when someone new joins the channel.
In #oak_and_fae_inn, the Language and Acceptance rules are applied, but in a more relaxed manner.
OPERATORS
The operators can be found in the "regulars" section. They are the ones prefixed with a "@".
Operators answer to each other, and, in some extent, to ahnìon, being the one to start all this up.
Please do not beg for op's. It will get you into trouble.
BOT COMMANDS
There are not that many public bot commands available, but here they are:
.seen [nick] [username] [nick!user@host]
.seennick [nick1] [nick2] [...]
